Job Title: Advanced Product Operations Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Participate in Business Strategic Goal Planning and Product Projects Promotion
- Responsible for product market and user research, mining and grasping the needs of users at all levels for mobile products, optimizing user experience, improving product functions, and improving user retention;
- Work with the data team to track data and analysis of the products in charge of the product, identify problems, and propose product optimization programs to adjust product and operational strategies accordingly;
- Research the application trends and applications in the market, excavate and grasp the development and changes of the content needs of the target users, and combine with our products, propose new product functions or new product directions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years working experience, familiar with Internet industry, familiar with the market;
- Independently responsible for APP, e-commerce platform system, with good product thinking and methodology;
- Sensitive to data, good at finding problems from data, formulating strategies and landing;
- Excellent English writing and reading skills, able to communicate in spoken English and write working documents in English;
- Strong ability, sensitive to data, result-oriented, strong execution and importance;
- Fluent in Chinese, spoken and written in English is preferred.
