Job Title: Food Takeaway Delivery Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for market research in the region: for distribution staff, merchants, and business districts;
- Responsible for the recruitment of riders in the area;
- Responsible for the daily management and training of riders in the area (newcomer training and standardized service training) to deal with the abnormality of riders and merchants.
- Responsible for the planning of distribution routes within the region and high standard of service quality;
- Responsible for the safety management of the distribution staff in the area and coordinate with other departments to ensure a balance between supply and demand and ensure the provision of stable transportation services.
Job Requirements
- University graduate, Logistics, Transportation related majors.
- Have experience in distribution management
- Good at English, with good communication skills
- Focus on teamwork, have a strong sense of team, and can withstand the pressure;
- Good at using Excel.
