Job Title: Supervisor Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Check and supervise whether each market area expands according to the expansion process required by the company;
- Timely follow up the implementation of the company's policies in various market areas, and supervise and track irregularly;
- Collect all the results from the members and do the analysis
- Follow up the supervisors’ result, find out the suggestions and punishment method;
- Do the arrangement of the team’s work and follow the result.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, no restriction on majors;
- Gender is not limited, and the age is less than 40 years old;
- Market supervision experience is preferred.
- Proficient in using various office software and collaborative office related software.
- Good team-management skills
