We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Farm Marketing Specialist
Location: Lagos
This position will be based in Lagos and will report to the Farm Manager.
Job Duties
- Contact with customers developing long-term relationships with targeted customers by personalizing solutions to the individual customers' needs.
- Keep and use detailed records of customers to enhance understanding of issues and needs
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of the Premier strategy, business plans, sales and marketing efforts
- Communicate producer trends, marketing plans, crop conditions, wants/needs/concerns to the appropriate people within the company.
- Ensure timely sale forecast of farm produce
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's/ HND or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of agricultural sales experience
- Strong customer-service focus
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to influence decision making
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the sales process
- Demonstrated ability to receive feedback and alter approach as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Responsible for sales territory forecasting and analysis
