Job Descriptions
- We are currently recruiting for an Experince Real Estate Marketers for our Client in Real Estate in reaching out to customers and developing various marketing strategies for products and services.
- Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales . Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
- Market the company product (Landed property)
- Might go for Inspection with client ifthecase arises
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Giving feedback on sales trends
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND/OND in Marketing, Estate Management (with experince in real estate) ,Graduate of Law, with Real Estate experince will be additional advertage.
- Candidate must have 1-2 years experience with any Real Estate Firm
- Must have worked with a Real Estate Firm
Salary
N50,000/month.
