We are recruiting for the for the position of:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CWALINTOP & Internal Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting Cluster Top
  • Managing all administration for Cluster Top, including owning his calendar, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements; in order to enable the Cluster Top to maximize his productivity.
  • Preparation of Cluster Top presentations for town halls, CLT meetings, senior leadership visits, industry parlays etc.
  • Preparation of travel packs for Cluster Top, to ensure country visits are focused and results are maximized.
  • Coordination of the Cluster Top’s tasks and projects.
  • Constant follow up on action items delegated by the Cluster Top to his team, and ensuring tasks are completed or extended before the deadline.
  • Coordination and participation in various leadership meetings including VIP visits.
  • Attending monthly management and bi-weekly BPM meetings, noting action points and following them up. Compiling prior prepared input in standard format from CM’s/FMs to ensure productive BPM discussions.
  • Ensure the constant scanning of the local media to ensure that the Cluster Top is always updated on relevant events.
  • Organize Cluster Top’s HR processes (annual appraisals, periodic reviews, coaching sessions, MD Luncheons)
  • Maintain Cluster Top’s Operating System.
  • Liaison with local shareholders/directors.
2. Internal Communication
  • Act as the anchor point for CENCOM.
  • Develop and execute internal communications plan with primary focus on Nigeria and support to daughter countries.
  • Regular and up to date communications to local organizations in line with CEN/AFR initiatives.
  • Drafting of newsletters, in close coordination with Cluster Top.
  • Prepare specific announcements to the local organization.
  • Arrange the weekly blitz.
  • Own the local intranet site. Align with all functions to make sure the cluster’s intranet site reflects the business.
3. Project Management
  • Active participation in projects as relevant.
  • Drive projects, where directed by Cluster Top.
  • Maintain Cluster/Nigeria Leadership VMS.
  • Own MWB Agenda in CWA.
  • Organize the Danish stand at the annual ‘Sail Around the World’ event.
Requirement
  • Knowledge of the business and local environment.
  • High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Project management experience with emphasis on stakeholder management.
  • Good attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a group.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to set priorities, multi-task and keep several tasks going at once.
  • Demonstrated skills in writing, editing and effective dissemination of information to wide audiences.
  • Strong inter-personal and cross cultural skills
  • Good knowledge of branding and communication guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to think and write clearly, creatively and persuasively.
