Job Title: Waiter
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to Members / Guests
- Greet Guests and build rapport by asking questions and initiating conversation
- Practice teamwork by helping co-workers achieve Service Excellence
- Check with Members to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct problems, when they arise
- Present bills to Guests and settle payment to cashier PROMPTLY
- Present Menus to Members and answer questions about Menu items.
- Advise on choice of food and drinks when required
- Clear dishes, Plates and Glasses from tables and counters and return to kitchen promptly
- Ensure adherence to correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual
- Keep general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas (equipment, tools fixtures) tidy at all times.
- Clean all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
Requirement
- Minimum of 1-year experience is required.
