Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled equipment mechanic

- We are looking for an Equipment Mechanic to support our mentenance operations, repairing hiab trucks and material handling equipments.
Job Responsibilities
- The Technician will repair a wide range of material handling equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, utility vehicles, floor care equipment and more.
Your specific duties as a Hiab truck/Forklift Service Technician will include:
- Always follow all safety rules
- Maintain an organized, neat and safe work environment.
- Troubleshooting equipment problems
- After you prepare the quote, the Shop Leas will contact the customer for approval prior to you completing the job.
- Managing your workload effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-15 year work experience in a similar role
- Strong equipment mechanical and/or electrical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use hand tools
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and to crouch and/or crawl in confined areas
