Job Title: Sales Manager (Veterinary Doctor)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Select and train new sales people
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the areas of responsibility
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Sales of veterinary products
- Available to cover South Western States(Lagos state, Ogun State & Oyo State)
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales manager or similar senior sales role
- Qualified Veterinary Doctor(preferable)
- B.Sc degree in Veterinary Science with sales & marketing experience or Business administration
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a veterinary doctor and in the sales of veterinary products
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators
- Understanding of store operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
