We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Experience Pipe Fitter
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine layout requirements
- Lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes
- Lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair pressurized piping systems
- Measure, cut, thread and bend pipe to required shape using hand and power tools
- Hydro-test and install fabricated pipe spools within structural steel modular assemblies, adding designed supports as required
- Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
- Read and interpret client and company supplied construction fabrication drawings and specifications
- Perform pipe welding on carbon steel and stainless steel as required.
Qualifications
- Carbon steel and stainless steel pipe welding training and experience
- Experience working on an large industrial site
- Minimum of 7 years experience.
