Job Summary
- Accurately record, administer and manage life cycle of assets and software licenses through ICT asset management system.
- Proactively monitor system security patches and malware updates to ensure accuracy and correct deployment.
- Administer backup and recovery operations by maintaining and monitoring backup equipment and data.
- Provide technical support and advice to other information systems team members and other technology users

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any relevant field.
- 4+ years' experience in similar capacity.
- Experience with desktop operating system including windows XP, Linus, Mac OS X.
- Knowledge in Nortel & Cisco data/voice and HP server hardware/OS a plus.
- Good understanding of PC hardware/peripheral devices, standard operating systems (Windows XP/Win7) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Java, Oracle application development skills.
- Database design, development and enhancement.
- Project management skills.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-direction and motivation skills.
