Job Title: Head, Production

Job Summary
- Provide leadership for the planning, coordinating and control of all BTV’s production units, charged with first-rate videography for live production, features programming and post production activities
- Leads production operations of the Channel, including the Production Control Room, visual editing, graphics, camera, promos and Video Tape Library
- Ensure effective running of all live productions and commissioning of feature programs whilst ensuring the highest standards and quality are met at all times.
- Plan and supervise television broadcast, production activities and must perform work within strict broadcasting deadlines
Requirements
- A bachelors’ degree in any discipline
- At least 6years’ experience in a TV production environment
- At least 3years experience as Head, Production or Production Manager
- Knowledge of broadcast rules, regulations and guidelines
- Knowledge of production and technical standards.
- Good Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of copyright, ethics and moral rights.
- Sound written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to function in a team oriented environment.
