Job Title: Associate Counsel

Job Description/Requirements
- The firm is currently looking for a practicing legal professional with 5-8years experience. The ideal candidate could be a current post graduate student who has previously been in practice and is looking to gain further professional experience whilst completing his/her studies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Second Class degree) from a reputable university and fulfilled the requisite call to bar.
- Must possess 5-8 years’ experience in practice with in-depth knowledge and experience in corporate governance, corporate commercial law, company secretarial and compliance services, real estate and litigation.
- Must possess good communication and presentation skills.
- Must be disciplined in delivering tasks with deadlines.
- Must possess good client management skills.
- Must possess good research skills and experience in preparing legal briefs.
- Must be able to work using own initiative and perform tasks with minimum supervision.
