We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for the day to day supervision of retail outlet, including sales, staff and stock and resources management
- Identifies current and future customers requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirement
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by working closely with suppliers; maintaining inventories
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Create new strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profit
Requirements
- Must be resident on the Island
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a retail environment in a supervisory role (ideally a supermarket)
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
