Job Title: Operations Support Officer

Job Description
- The Operations Support Officer will handle deliveries and logistics including managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill and pack orders received from the customer support team
- Unpack boxes and sort products appropriately
- Ensure customers orders are delivered timely
- Monitor stock levels and notifies the Business Director when stock is low
- Conducts daily stock count
- Ensure accuracy in goods received from the suppliers and orders made by company
- Ensure inventory is processed into the software
- Ensure goods returned are recorded in the system
- Receive products from suppliers
- Arrange items on the shelves
- Assigns tags, SKUs, etc to items
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess OND qualification
- 1 year’s experience as an operations assistant or similar role is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- Highly analytical, driven and focused.
- High level of professionalism;
- Networking, prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients.
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Must have a positive and respectful attitude
- Strong selling skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have sound judgment
- Must pay great attention to detail
- Must be service-minded.
- Must present herself and act in a manner that is appropriate in order to protect the organization’s image and reputation at all times.
Work Conditions:
- May be required to work overtime
Salary
N30,000/Month
