Job Title: School Administrator

Location:
Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Starting Date: November 2019, although we can be flexible for the right candidate.

Job Description
  • We are looking to appoint a confident leader with proven experience of taking a new school on a journey, someone who can recognize exactly what the school needs, get to know the workforce and set the journey. 
  • The Head Administrator will be an authentic leader;, someone confident in ideas with the humility to be able to ask questions and collaborates. Able to communicate positively and effectively.  
  • Know how to address two hundred parents and how to peak to someone one-to-one. 
  • We want someone who listens, sees the potential of SCCS and the momentum already in place and demonstrates a coherent vision for how the school could massively impact a community of young people with energy, purpose, inspiration and humility.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Administrator: B.Ed, B.A. (Ed.) or Retired Head Teacher
  • Years of experience and computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
Salary
Attractive, Negotiable with incentives.
