- We are looking for qualified talent with experience in financial institution (Commercial Bank, Micro Finance Bank, Investment Bank, Mortgage Bank) especially in area of loans.
Job Summary
- Our sales manager has the role of accomplishing marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the same role.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000/month + commission.
