We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: TPM Manager
Location: Golden Pasta, Agbara
The Job
- Design and drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance best practice master plan with SOPs
- To prepare the steps within 2 years period for the TPM (TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE) implementation with the necessary actions.
- Establish and monitor the company loss and waste structure and drive continuous improvement projects to constantly reduce the waste.
- Drive 5S and Good housekeeping in the entire Factory by identifying the “specific needs" of each of the sectors of Agbara Pasta, Utilities plant and Warehouse.
- Use TPM practices to improve production efficiencies.
Qualifications
- B.Sc., HND in Engineering, Physics or Statistics
- Relevant Certifications in TPM and ISO standards.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years Preferably in a Food and Beverage manufacturing company.
