Job Title: Training Manager
Location: Nigeria
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other Social Science courses.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant learning and development experience with 3 years as Training Manager, especially in security Company
- Paramilitary or military experience in similar department is an added advantage.
- Professional qualification in CIPM/ANITAD is compulsory
- Sound understanding of learning models/methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of power point and word
- Candidate must be willing to work anywhere in Nigeria.
- Age limit is between 30-50 years.
