Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Brief
- Coordinate the recruitment and on-boarding of drivers.
- Interview and test drivers for cultural and regulatory fit.
- Ensure the daily smooth running of all facility operations.
- Monitor the assignment of assets and appropriate documentation to qualified drivers.
- Send daily reports on recruitment and onboarding progress within the city.
- Engage all 3rd party agencies i.e SITA, NPF, FRSC etc, for registration, recruitment and emergency response purposes.
- Check daily Inventory of Assets assigned to drivers
- Check daily Inventory of Assets within the facility
- Responsible for assigning and reassigning assets to all new hires
- Track candidate's progress within the onboarding program
- Conduct orientation trainings to inform new hires about company policies and procedures
- Develop and suggest creative Onboarding strategies, tactics, funnels and procedures, etc
- Work with other team member to ensure smooth activities with the city
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any fields of study
- Must be residing at Ibadan
- Hands on experience with office machines (Printers and Photocopier)
- Knowledge of customer service, office management and basic data recording procedures
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Minimum 2-years experience
