Job Objective:
- The Technology Solutions Lead will work as a professional software developer using programming /systems, analysis and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a variety of complex .Net and SharePoint, process automation, and online collaboration solutions, and other initiatives.
- Work with business analysts, project managers and other developers to develop technical requirements, and identify, develop, test and support solutions prepare and deliver strategic marketing presentations.
- Handle requirements analysis, develop solutions for all tiers of the application: user interface, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc.
- Be a key contributor to innovation and build proof of concept examples that can be leveraged across current and future software release versions.
- Architecture and design of SharePoint implementations using best practices.
- Implementation and customization of SharePoint-based solutions
- Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows
- Microsoft .NET development to extend and augment the SharePoint platform
- Development of custom web parts
- Design and development of Business Intelligence dashboards.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in-depth knowledge and expertise as a Web Programmer with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, XML, XSL, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint Workflows, Visual Studio 2010, InfoPath customization and Microsoft SQL.
- Experience in developing Mobile Applications (iOS, Android and/or Blackberry).
- Experience with Business Process Management and Nintex is highly desirable.
Professional Certifications:
- Microsoft SharePoint certifications (MCITP, MCPD, MCM, MCSD,) a plus.
