Job Description
Managing account operations to achieve the optimal account management service delivery in line with best practice.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the account opening process (form sourced and in-branch accounts)
- Prepare weekly reports on service issues & in branch accounts opened
- Ensure task as branch’s requester of customers’ items is executed efficiently.
- Complaints handling and resolution
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc from any recognised University
- A good knowledge of the bank’s products, services and policies.
- Good service skills/etiquette/personal presentation
- Good knowledge of bank cash related policies
