- Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about the products/services
- Provide customer feedback to the supervisor
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
