Job Title: Store Executive
Location: Lagos
The Job
- Ensuring great excellent service as well as monitoring the store performance in relation to company standards.
Duties
- Manage store budgets and maintain financial records
- Oversee stock levels and order new items when required
- Attend to complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and standards
- Documentation of all stores activities i.e. receivables and refund etc.
- Management of store items and equipment to avoid damages
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Accounting skills required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
- Proven successful experience as a store personnel
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
