We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Core Responsibilities
- Research the market for identifying new business opportunities, identify sales leads and pitch products to new customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective customers.
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop creative strategies to retain the customers including conducting surveys and interviews to elicit their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
- Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
- Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, social media marketing etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experienced as a business development officer, marketer or customer relations officer
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Esp. Word & Excel)
- Good command of written and oral English
- Confident, Personable and Neat
- Outstanding planning and time management skills
- Not more than 30 years and must be trainable and zealous.
- Corp member or OND holder in any field can apply
- Applicants must reside within lekki/Ajah area.
Remuneration
Basic Salary, plus very attractive commission package.
