We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Do you have passion for HR/People Development? Are you a self-starter and result oriented?
- Ensure timely and smooth running of the monthly payroll
- Ensure accurate job descriptions are in place.
- Ensure that a proper filing system is maintained for all staff records.
- Organise, plan and conduct induction for all new staff.
- Organise and monitor staff training with the line manager.
- Monitor and record staff attendance, overtime and absences.
- Ensure that company policies are clearly communicated to all staff.
- Administer disciplinary action
- Responsible for dealing with grievances and staff welfare related matters.
- Co-ordinate the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes
- Administer staff welfare and HMO.
Requirements
- HR experience is preferred
- A degree holder from a top university ( a foreign degree will be an added advantage)
- 2- 3 years experience
Competences:
- Must be passionate about HR and People Development
- Must be a self starter, smart and result oriented
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to think creatively to solve problems
- Excellent English, both oral and written
- Perform at a high level of competence with strong attention to detail
- Must be confident, honest and reliable
