Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Lagos
Contract Type: Running Contract
Job Responsibilities
The Finance Assistant will support the wider finance team and will be responsible for:
- Collecting and recording financial information
- Recording and retrieving financial entries from the financial database Reconciling account balances Preparing invoices and receipts
- Checking and correcting the accounting computations
- Assisting the Finance team by liaising with vendors and customers
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Must have an OND in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or any other related programme from a reputable Polytechnic
- Must have at least a 3-Month internship experience with a corporate organization
- Must be able to perform various tasks using Microsoft office tools
- Must be able to communicate effectively
