Job Description
- Recruit, supervise and manage staffs
- Report daily/ weekly yo top management
- Responsible for liasing with head management, be the middleman betwen top management and staffs
- Managing activities
- Improve Operations strategy
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's vision
- Organising workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc needed
- Work experience would be an added advantage.
