Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure that technical tools, equipments and materials as well as their accessories for the smooth running of all machineries are purchased, orderly received, stored and issued to user departments in accordance with laid down comapany’s policies and procedures.
- Responsible for general store activities, Updating of stock inventory and preparation of AGO&LPFO weekly consumption
- Preparation of monthly AGO&LPFO monthly consumption report
- Monthly evaluation of vendors sheet
- Updating GRN receipt sheet and monthly stock reconciliation
- Negotiating Local purchases partial with vendors
- Verification of LPO and Job prepared by store assistant.
- Coordinating departmental operation on daily bases.
- Coordinating departmental operation on daily bases.
- Responsible for preparation of critical spare parts list that is requiring on machine.
- Coordinating with technical supervisor & machine supervisor for some issued require.
- Responsible for preparation of Quarterly budget for machine wise consumption.
- Not yet in place age – wise analysis of stock inventory.
- Verify Quality & Quantity of goods supply by supplier along with store assistant.

Requirements
Qualification:
- B.Sc./HND Mechanical Eng.
Experience:
- 4 - 10 years proven experience in same/similar capacity
