WaterNowNow is a newly established FMCG company that has carved a niche in partnering with the best manufacturers of safe, reliable and affordable drinking water to distribute in a timely and cost effective manner to homes and offices both for retail and wholesale purposes.

We are currently seeking to recruit for immediate employment; experienced, self-motivated and success driven individuals in the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Centre)

Location: Lagos

Main Tasks
  • To make and receive outbound and inbound calls respectively.
  • To resolve customers complaints satisfactorily.
  • To manage clients database and to keep clients database up to date.
  • To enlighten customers on products and services.
Requirements
  • Must possess a minimum of B.Sc/HND in any related field.
  • Must possess good telephone etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
  • Must be proficient in the use Microsoft Office.
