Job Description
- We are urgently looking for Country Head in Nigeria for one of the world's largest Automotive Batteries manufacturing company
- The incumbent will manage, support and strengthen the existing distribution channel and take new initiatives to expand the business, look after alternative growth routes and building value proposition models to attract a wider universe.
Responsibilities
- Organizes appointment of new sales promoters in the assigned country, as per customer network development plan.
- Implements the plan for the territory to promote brand awareness and advertisements.
- To ensure the achievement of the sales target for the region, at agreed price positions to achieve maximum revenue.
- Collect and provide market information on market trend, competitions, price etc to help the management take appropriate initiative.
- Conceptualizing Schemes – (Data driven) to drive productivity and revenue.
- Conceptualizing large formats and Alternate channel and creating the right value proposition.
- Tracking new development at retail level and implement best practices.
- Exploring the Omni Channel opportunities
Candidate's Profile
- Preferably Bachelor of Engineering with MBA
- 10+ years of experience into Business Development with Automotive Batteries, Tyres or Engine Lubricants
- Strong in Business Management and Analysis skills.
