Job Title: Scorecard Management Head
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- As head of Scorecard management, you will coach the executive team in selecting targets and identifying strategic initiatives requited to achieve performance requirements on the scorecard measures.
- Sewing as the central organizational resource, you will prepare, educate, train, and assist local project leaders in scorecard methodology and tools.
Requirements
- MBA Degree from a recognized University.
- Minimum 10 years experience.
- Experience working through strategy, designing, building, testing and implementing large enterprise projects.
- Energy sector knowledge/experience will be an advantage.
