Job Title: Sales and Resource Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Process sale orders that reach the company by phone and e-mail.
- Create records for new customers, including KYC details, and record the same in system after approval.
- Collect and Maintain Sales data
- Assist in Preparing target reports, other relevant information and circulating to sales team.
- Generating Sales Reports as desired & as per defined frequency.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help management monitor the team's progress.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be mentally agile, strategic, detail oriented and possess good communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any reputable institution.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position
- Customer Relationship Management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges.
- Strong organizational and communication skill
