Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Marketing of the following services to Banks we are enlisted with and institutions:
- Property Valuation
- Project Management
- Property Management
- Facility Management
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Promote services through advertisements using various channels.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications
- A Degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Economics or other field with a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper division
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites excellently.
- Must be a smart, outspoken, bold and good looking Female.
