Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
The appointee will amongst other things:
- Manage strategic and tactical trade marketing programmes
- Facilitate national and regional activations, events, sponsorship, third parties, trade POS materials stock and deployment
- Ensure the availability of materials for approved trade schemes and activations
- Design the process of evaluation of the schemes to determine effectiveness
- Manage promoters for excellent performance
- Execute company strategies on trade marketing
- Work with the Sales Capability Development Managerto train the sales force
- Discover and explore improvement opportunities to improve company performance
Requirements
Our ideal candidate should:
- Possess a first degree in Social and Management Sciences with a minimum of 2nd Class (Upper Division), MBA is an added advantage
- Have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of work experience in Sales Management
- Have good knowledge of Sales Operations
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Have a good Communication and Presentations Skills
- Have high degree of integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Practical exposure and deep appreciation of the principles of consumer marketing and trade marketing
- Strong business savvy
