We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Data Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly empty bottle data analysis report.
- Prepare payment confirmation.
- Keep Distributors updated on their Opening and Closing stock.
- Ensure Company’s credit approve limit is maintained.
- Prepare VMI, Leakages, Bottle refunds and rewards report.
- Issue Dispenser waybill, Corporate sales invoices.
- Issue out Dispenser parts for Customer Care.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Qualification/Skills
- B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in related Role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
