Job Description
As an IT/MIS Manager, you shall be expected to perform the following functions:
- The ideal candidate will operate from our office located in Lagos, Nigeria
- He/she will report to the Headquarters IT Manager. This position offers great challenges and has a significant impact on the final business result

Responsibilities
- Design configuration, commissioning and service delivery
- Managing of ICT team and personnel
- Preventive and extraordinary maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring superior customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Helping to optimize operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Engineering, ICT or Healthcare industries.
- Strong knowledge in Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, Voice, CCTVs, Access Control Systems.
- General knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical assembly and ability to use fine calibrated measuring instruments, ideally with some experience in field service
- Proven track record of service delivery
- Fluency in English
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics, Computer Science / Engineering, Physics, or any other related field.

- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Possession of PMP / NSE and COREN certifications desired
- Possession of MSc. / MBA will be added advantage.
