We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Imo
Job Description
- Carry out Daily Maintenance Checks on the Machines.
- Attend/Fix breakdowns on the Machines.
- Frequent routine inspection/observation checks on the equipment/machine.
- Update Machine History Cards on Maintenance
- Prepare Job Orders/schedule for machine repairs.
- Make spare parts requisition to supervisor.
- Evaluate machine repairs cost versus budget cost
- Keep all the machines in good operational condition
- Ensures machine breakdown downtime is less than 10%
- Prepares Annual Maintenance for the machine
- Document every Maintenance (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) done for record purpose
- Zero tolerance to stock out of spares in the Production Store.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering minimum of 2:2
- 2-3 years experience in Production Machine maintenance
- Smart, Intelligent and Calculative.
