Job Title: Product Growth & Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Oversees product development amongst a team of individuals
- Creates marketing campaigns designed to inform people about new product availability
- Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
- Makes adjustments to a development plan whenever the current idea is not feasible
- Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
- Manages and coordinates product development projects.
- Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
- Identify areas of improvement in customer journey and outcomes with in-depth knowledge of operations and technology
- Suggest solutions and identify key factors and requirements for each improvement project
- Scope high-level business problems into more specific questions which can then be answered by data-driven analysis
- Present data with a clear point of view so that insights can be used to help drive business strategy and the prioritization of operational improvement projects
- Develop project plans and scopes of work; coordinate the prioritization, development, testing and implementation for each project.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in any discipline. MSc/MBA and professional qualification is an added advantage
- 7-10 years’ experience as a senior Business Development Manager or Sales manager
- Capacity to Anchor Micro and Macro Segmentation in an IT/Fintech Environment
- Data- driven: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
- Data Analytics experience
- Content writing, Pivoting skills
- Programming knowledge: Added advantage.
- Have experience with email marketing tools like Send grid and other CRMS tools
