KPMG - Our client, a leading financial services banking Group as part of its corporate strategy is focusing on strengthening its Commercial Banking business across its regions and distribution networks within Nigeria.

As a result of this marketing focus, the Bank is seeking to recruit self driven, experienced and motivated individuals to fill the following select positions within its Commercial Banking business.

The ideal candidates for these positions will be mid - senior management level staff with proven abilities and possess indepth understanding of the commercial banking landscape.

Job Title: Business Intelligence Officer

Job Description
Reporting to the Head, Commercial Banking the successful candidates will be primarily responsible for market strategies and translating business strategies into actionable goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a suitable framework for collating, analyzing and reporting on Group performance
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and intelligence leads within the industry share best practice, source relevant information; and identify opportunities to improve the quality of decision making within the Group and the Bank as a whole.
  • Coordinate market and competitor intelligence to support Group decision-making
  • Collate activity and performance reports across the Group,
  • Manage and maintain the data, intelligence, and reports obtained and created within the Group in an orderly and accessible format.
  • Document/ compile relevant reports and presentations on Group performance for a variety of stakeholder needs.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
  • A Bachelors degree in any related discipline.
  • Higher Degrees (MBA)/Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum experience: five (5) years relevant experience.
