Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Document financial transactions on a daily basis
- Liaising with the banks and reconciliation of financial transactions by collating, collecting and analyzing accounting information
- Preparation and review of management, financial accounts and balance sheet.
- Preparation of salaries and remittance of tax and pension obligations to the government
- Ensuring payment vouchers, customers and suppliers invoices are raised
- Ensure proper monitoring of the company’s assets
- Document financial transactions
- Introduce accounting controls by ensuring necessary policies and procedures are adhered to
- Put in place financial models for the company and projects and ensure that the models are optimized to achieve overall corporate goal
- Support the management in decision making on the funding of its projects.
- Any other account and finance related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- BSc/HND. ACA/ACCA will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years work experience.
