Job Title: Loss Prevention / Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary/Objective
- The loss of Merchandise occurs most often as a result of theft, which could be initiated by dishonest staff, supposed customers and fraudsters.
- The Role of the loss prevention / control officer is geared at reducing and controlling the loss of Merchandise to its barest minimum, by employing professional and tactical measures.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Psychology, and other related discipline.
- Relevant certifications on Risk / Loss Control would be an added advantage.
Job requirements
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill, and the Art of Diplomacy.
- Problem Solving Oriented.
- Critical, analytical thinking and should be able to apply discretion in sensitive scenarios.
- Should possess an excellent customer service skills.
- Apply Initiative.
- Must be in a good Physical and Healthy Condition.
