Job Descriptions
- An experienced and result driven personality is needed to head the sales team and serve as HR for our marketers.
- The person must be an experienced marketer and will be responsible for recruiting and managing the sales team.
- Though administrative, the head will take blame and praise of the whole team.

Salary
- Basic pay plus commission on each sales.
- The Head will have a sales target which will be tied to 50% of basic salary.
