Job Title: Guard Resourcing Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- To provide competent candidates for vacancies at the stipulated timeline.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the resourcing and hiring competent candidates for Bemil Nigeria Limited
- Ensures that the names of all resourced candidates are sent to the training officer
- Preparing internal and external adverts for recruitment campaigns
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community leaders, and local agents; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits, maintaining rapport
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in strategic locations across the state
Qualifications
- Minimum OND with experience from prominent security companies in Nigeria
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and prioritization
- Results driven
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
