Job Title: Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Display thorough knowledge and administration of contract terms, policies and conditions.
  • Manage the handling and certification of payments.
  • Oversee performance of all site contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are followed.
  • Ability to diagnose, evaluate, and negotiate solutions to project management problems.
  • Must be familiar with internationally accepted standards of quality, health, safety, and environment.
  • Track and control construction schedule challenges and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and budget allocated.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A first degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution.
  • A post graduate and relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Project Management experience / qualification.
  • At least 12 years in the construction industry.
  • A hands-on practical person that can build systems, people, and processes and implement.
