Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in VAS or telecommunications industry within an engineering unit at managerial level
- Experience with major vAS platforms and protocols
- Microsoft IIS, ASP.NET and c# certfied; Web/Internet content filtering
- Linux based internet server systems; php and java exposure
- Commercial budget management with on-target earning experience
- Emotional intelligence with significant human management capabilities.
