Job Title: Technical Equipment Installer

Requirements

- Comprehensive Installation Experience {2G/3G/4G/MW(0.3-2.4m)}
- Knowledge of configuration of microwave of all sizes
- Knowledge of commissioning BTS and nodes of all vendors
- Sense of Quality (EHS)
- Work at height, Electrical, First aid and Huawei certifications
- Proficient use of ISDP, MDT and WDT tools
- Proficient use of Microsoft office
- Ensure assigned tasks are carried out within SLA and scope of work
- Taking full responsibility for every assigned site
- Coordinate team activities on site
- Communicate all relevant info/challenges/escalations to project manager.
- Ensure no escalation on assigned site.
- Ensure assigned tasks are snag free
- Daily update on assigned via email to PM/BFU
- Ensure expenses are within budget as given by pm
- Ensure EHS compliance on site
- Leadership by example
- Ensure ISDP tools( site sign, site verify, clocking in and out, smart QC)
