Job Description/Requirements
- First or Second Degree in Architecture with experience
- Expert level ability in the use of BIM, and other relevant softwares to produce / prepare / develop exceptional architectural visualizations / animations / drawings etc for presentation proposals and detailed working drawings and details for tender and construction.
- Detailed with ability to carry out design research
- Experienced with the coordination of other project consultants
- Ability to carry out design and project execution of Mail or Hotel and high end residential design
- Skilled at project management and should be able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction in line with project management.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to key into a global vision and culture
- Great attitude to work and life.
