Job Title: Lounge Manager (Female)
Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- To manage the operations of the business.
- To ensure excellent customer experience is delivered always.
- To come up with business development plans & Strategies.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Accountable for monthly stock takes.
- Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in any related field
- At least 2-3 years experience in managing a restaurant or bar
- Candidates should possess a strong oral Communication & Presentation skills.
Salary
- N250,000 per month with accommodation.
