Job Description
- Provide overall IT support for the organization.
- Install new servers, configure hardware and perform daily backup operations
- Develop and maintain system standards
- Implement and drive use of Internet policy.
- Social media specialist: oversee the social media strategy and handle content creation on platforms for the organization
- Manage the company website
- Develop best practices and enhance current technologies to improve client services.
- Software integration programming and ERP management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (minimum of 2:1).
- 3-5 years NYSC experience working in IT operations.
- Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies.
- Good Programming skills is an added advantage
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
